Do you have an event coming up that requires ALS or BLS Medical Standby? If so, please complete the form below. The Philomath Volunteer Fire Association and Philomath Professional Firefighters Local 4925 require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for events. Requests less than 2 weeks will be considered but coverage will not be guaranteed.

Stand-by events to be paid by the requesting agency/organization.

·   Dedicated Medic Standby (BLS, min EMT and EMR)             $120/hr. 1 hour minimum

·   Dedicated Medic Standby (ALS, min AEMT and EMT)           $175/hr. 1 hour minimum

·   Dedicated Engine Standby (min Officer, Operator, FF)          $275/hr. 1 hour minimum
